By using qr.4brainslabs.com (the “Service”), operated by 4Brains Technologies Private Limited, you agree to these terms.

Free to use

The Service is free for personal and commercial use, with no limit on the number or size of codes. We fund it with advertising. We may change or retire it at any time, but because every code you make contains your own content, codes you have already downloaded keep working regardless.

Your content is yours

You own what you enter and the codes the Service produces for you. We claim no rights over them. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you encode and for how you use the results, including making sure that any address you encode is one you own or control.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the Service to create codes that are illegal, deceptive or harmful, including codes that lead to phishing, malware or fraud.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt the Service or probe its security without permission.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. We test every format against real phones, and the built-in scan test decodes your design with an independent reader, but we cannot guarantee that every scanner in the world reads every design. Test a printed sample before a large print run. We are not liable for losses arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: contact@4brains.in.
